Why Have Lessons?
Why Have Singing Lessons? Undecided
Here are some thoughts on why you might decide to take a series of singing lessons:-
You know you have a good voice and need to develop it
You have a good voice but struggle to breathe properly
You are told you can sing but you lack confidence to sing to others
You have an audition/performance coming up and want to prepare
You need to develop a wider repertoire
You sing in one style but want to discover how to sing lots of different kinds of music
Your vocal range is limited and you want to develop it further
You are worried about your tuning
You want to find out if you can sing
You want to correct problems that you experience when you are singing
You don't know how to practise singing
What Difference Will It Make If I Do Take Lessons?Laughing
Here are some of the benefits for taking lessons:-
You will experience the support of someone knowledgable keeping an eye of what you are doing
You will be taught how to create an effective routine of practise
You will be supported to understand how your voice is working
You will learn to listen to and tune into your voice in a more focussed way
You can learn to free up your voice and keep using it in a healthy way
Your will learn lots of new songs
You will know if you can sing!
You will get straightforward feedback on your achievements
You will learn from other people if you attend Master Classes
You can feel supported to raise your game
You will recieve appraisal and support to aim at realistic targets
You will be encouraged to take onboard new vocal and performance challenges where appropriate
You can develop a life time hobby
You can feel more in tune with yourself through regular commitment to singing
Why Give Singing Lessons Priority?Wink
We all have to keep an eye on finances and Singing Lessons are expensive, aren't they? To help you think about the personal things that you spend your hard earned cash on and why singing lessons might become higher priority, consider your own list of expenditures and compare the benefits:-
Hair Dressers, Nails, Pedicure, Massage, Make Over, Beauty Treatments, Alternative Therapies, Nights Out, Clothes, Gym, Sports, Films, Clubs, Cigarettes, Food, Presents, Treats, Meals Out, Holidays......

I hope that you will agree with me that we all benefit from a period of tuition from someone who can bring out the best in us. So, if you have checked through my help lists and feel ready to take the plunge, take a look at the information about fees and vacancies and then  contact me!
